Super Bowl Sunday
Every year, we get together with a few friends and watch the big game, as well as the commercials. I must admit I was disappointed with the latter this year. The kiddos had fun, though.
Chinese New Year
This year we decided to head to Chinatown in the city and check out the Chinese New Year's Parade. Stella, as always, loved the BART ride. We met up with Tio Scotty and, after some creative manuevering by Glenn, were able to score a view just 15 feet from the parade:

This was before we could see any of the parade, and were playing with the camera:
Valentine's Day
This year Glenn and I had so much fun convincing Stella that she was our Valentine. Glenn thought it would be fun to fill Stella's room with balloons while she was sleeping.

Utah
16 hours to get there: traffic through Truckee/Reno, black ice from Winnemucca to Wendover, snow storm from Wendover to Toole. Stella was a champ, of course. We got to see so many people, and still didn't have time to see everyone we wanted to (I'm talking about you, Poon!). Here are some pics from our visit:

We also got to meet up with our friends Rachel and Jonas and finally meet baby Ramsey - what a cutie!

These two were such a kick to watch - they had so much fun that Stella still asks if we can go to Hattie's house. I love Hattie's face in this one!

Snuggle Bunnies in the princess sleeping bag

Just hanging out

Glenn is the only one whose face would tell you that we stayed up until 2am to ring in the new year - I think the rest of us look pretty alert (although I seem to look sort of peeved in this one).

Stella has discovered her love for Cousin Brad and Cousin Allison - she just loved hanging out with these two (as did we)!

What a fun trip!
Aaahhh... Holidays.
Time to catch up... So the last six weeks have been just crazy; auditors at work, closing out the month, Glenn's finals, getting ready for company, getting ready to leave town, and actually leaving town.

Checking out the presents that Santa left

This one was a favorite - thanks Jen!
We had so much fun partaking in some fun Christmas traditions with the little one, this year. Stella got SO into everything. We got a kick out of watching her get excited about the Christmas tree, watching Santa from a safe distance, but the moment we left the mall, she would talk about how much she loves Santa and wants to hug him. I was perfectly fine not having to deal with pictures on Santa's lap. I'll take that for as long as I can get it.
I must confess, right now, I just want to get a bunch of pics up, so the grandparents can see them, so here goes:
Dad bringing home the Stella-sized Christmas tree (notice Stella sporting the now infamous 'Purple Dress')
